The majority of the cutlery have been classic Norwegian structure from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Pleasant depth. The restaurant has numerous cows milking just for them. Plus the desert was an incredibly pleasant milk ice cream. The plum sake we had with it was delightful. On our way back up to the mezzanine for any espresso and a few "lørdagsg
